The start of a new year can feel like a bittersweet mix of emotions—a fresh beginning, yes, but also a farewell to what’s behind us. For some, it’s joyful and exciting; for others, it stirs up grief, anxiety, or pressure for next year to be "the best year ever".
I don’t know about you, but many of my well-intentioned New Year’s resolutions have ended up abandoned after just a few weeks.
So many resolutions come from a place of pressure or self-criticism rather than kindness and compassion. How can we be kind, accepting & loving to ourselves, but also move forward with purpose, having connected to what matters most?
To answer this question- I have created a workbook as a guide to help you (and me) pause and reflect—to honor where we’ve been and think about where we’d like to go.
This booklet is designed to help you reflect on the past year, connect with what truly matters to you, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead. It’s not about perfection or reinvention—it’s about creating a path forward that feels like it honours your what you deeply want and need in your life and feels empowering.
I will be doing this workbook too-in fact, I have already started. I find it helps to remember and reflect on the wonderful things (and the painful lessons) that 2024 has allowed me to experience and is helping me to step into 2025 with intention.
I hope you also find it helpful!
