I’m the psychologist behind Your Nurtured Mind, and I’ve been working with people for over twenty years helping them navigate life’s challenges, emotional blocks, and personal growth.
 

I’m a registered psychologist with AHPRA (PSY981330) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. Through Your Nurtured Mind I offer both in-person and online therapy, along with practical tools to support people beyond the therapy room.
 

My approach is holistic and tailored to each person. I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies including EMDR, Evidence Based EFT (tapping), Schema Therapy, ACT, CBT, mindfulness approaches, and Gottman relationship therapy. In simple terms, I use the tools that best support you.

I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and genuinely useful in everyday life. My role is to help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface, clear the emotional blocks that keep you stuck, and reconnect with your own clarity and direction.

Outside of work, I’m a big fan of dogs, tea, and meaningful conversations.

 

For me, the most rewarding part of this work is witnessing people reconnect with themselves and begin taking ownership of their lives in a way that feels empowering and authentic.
