ABOUT RACHAEL
Your Nurtured Mind was founded by Rachael Fowler, a registered psychologist with over two decades of diverse experience. Rachael is registered with AHPRA (rego #PSY981330) and is a Member of the Australian Psychologists Society (APS).

Rachael's aim is to provide easily accessible therapy (online and in-person) and online tools to help clients navigate through emotional blocks that may be preventing them from achieving the desired change. She takes a holistic approach to healing and uses evidence-based therapeutic techniques to nurture the mind.

Rachael's professional training includes Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Evidence Based Emotional Freedom Techniques (EB-EFT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Gottman Relationship Therapy. Her approach is caring and compassionate, and she tailors therapy to suit each client's individual needs.
