Normal operating hours are as follows

What are your fees?
Rachael's fees are subject to the service provided.
Standard appointment fee is $220 per sessions (as of 2026).
Clients may be eligible for a Medicare or Private Health care rebate. For clients attending under WorkCover (iCare), Victims Services, DVA or Veterans and Veteran families counselling service (VVCS or Open Arms) the fee is forwarded directly to the third party.
PLEASE NOTE: Currently Rachael is at capacity for Victims Services clients.
Do you see children?
No. Rachael provides treatment for adults and couples only.
I need an appointment urgently... Can I come see you ASAP?
For new clients- the current appointment waiting time is approximately 6-8 weeks for appointments during normal business hours. Rachael is currently at capacity for anyone requiring out of hours appointments.
If you are existing client: Please contact Rachael and your appointment can be prioritised and you'll be added to a cancellation list.

Zoom/TeleHealth is an option for any appointment booked. Please just advise of your preference when booking your appointment.
