Thursday: 10:30-6.30pm
Friday: 9-2.30pm

What are your fees?
Rachael's fees are subject to the service provided. Standard appointment fee is $200 per sessions. Clients may be eligible for a Medicare or Private Health care rebate. For clients attending under WorkCover (iCare), Victims Services, DVA or Veterans and Veteran families counselling service (VVCS or Open Arms) the fee is forwarded directly to the third party.
Do you see children?
No. Rachael provides treatment for adults and couples only.
I need an appointment urgently... Can I come see you ASAP?
For new clients- the current appointment waiting time is approximately 2 weeks to 1 month for appointments during normal business hours. Rachael is currently at capacity for anyone requiring out of hours appointments.
For new and existing clients: If you need an urgent appointment, please contact Rachael and your appointment can be prioritised and you'll be added to a cancellation list.
I would like a Skype session- what do I do?
Just book your appointment with Rachael through the online booking system or contact her directly (click here). If booking online, Select the option for "initial Skype session" and Rachael or Jess (reception) will be in contact.
