Book your session with Rachael via the link. Select the time that suits you best. If you need another time, please contact Rachael to discuss.

You will receive a welcome pack + you can fill out the online questionnaire.

Show up for your appointment (either online or in-person). During your session a treatment plan will be created just for you. Additional appointments can be scheduled.
